There are things I like or enjoy doing while feeling guilt.
1. Watching TV shows
Sometimes I just want to forget all about the things I have to get done and indulge in watching my favorite TV shows.

I feel bad about paying too much for the rent, but I really wanted to have an apartment which has a great view.

3. coffee, coffee, coffee!
Coffee is expensive, and caffeine might not good for health, but I always love drinking coffee at a cozy cafe.

4. Buzz
I won this beautiful stuffed buzz by playing the trivia game at the sting break festival. My friend also wanted it so bad, but she failed to win one.

The beautiful colors of these shoes make me happy. I couldn't resist buying these beauties even though I knew I had to save money.

6. Justifying

7. honey sleep
I like to have a sound sleep. In Korean, we say "a honey sleep." Every morning, I have to press the snooze button more than 10 times.

8. reading several books at the same time
My eyes are bigger than my brain. I started to read many books at the same time, and ended up failing to finish any of them.

My guilty pleasures are similar to you:-) A cup of Coffee everyday, unfinished books, stay on the bed late morning, Oh! my! Got! SHOES!!!!!! I can't give up buying shoes!!!!! Variety shows after finishing the day.......... And more........Alcohol....(OMG!!!!!!) I always enjoy reading your posts. What else?? I want to know your new stories.

ReplyDeleteFor me, I try to watch some of the new media stuff on Youtube or other similar sites. I also listen to some relaxing music.
I think your entry is somehow different than mine. I think that is due to people's different attitudes toward life and things. However, I really like your perspective.

ReplyDeleteWhat are my guilty pleasures??? I love drinking coffee in bed and drawing while I listen to NPR or an audio book of Clarissa Pinkola Estes. I love really long walks on the weekend meandering from neighborhood to neighborhood.
I find your blog such a welcoming and inspiring place. I love it that Buzz watches over you in your "honey sleep."
I'm curious also about what your books are and which one you think you might finish....
